made-to-order, preorder & cancellation policy

All LIKI swimwear is handmade to order after purchase. Please allow 10 calendar days for DND Bottom preorder production and processing before shipping. Your DND Bottom may be ready and ship sooner. For all other LIKI pieces, please allow 7 calendar days for production and processing before shipping. This is not the delivery time; shipping transit time is additional.

Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as production hasn’t started. Once production begins, your order can’t be canceled or changed.

Preorders
Preorder items are made after purchase. The estimated production and shipping timeline will be listed on the product page. If we can’t ship within the timeframe provided, we’ll contact you with an updated timeline and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Returns & exchanges
All swimwear is final sale for hygiene reasons. We don’t accept returns or exchanges for fit, color preference, or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can make it right.
